Simple, practical methods to improve the quality of our life and develop inner peace. Each class consists of two guided meditations and a teaching to help us solve our daily problems, let go of negative minds and discover happiness within our own mind.
In this series, be inspired by Buddha’s teachings (based on the book Transform your Life by Geshe Kelsang Gyatso) to learn about your mind and about views and intentions which lead to lasting happiness and others which lead to suffering. Revisiting your own ways and contemplating new ways of perceiving and interacting in the world will make our human life truly meaningful

By attending this series of classes based on Transform Your Life by Geshe Kelsang Gyatso, receiving encouragement and guidance from that clear and accessible presentation, we will learn to improve ourself, our relationships, our society and contribute to changing our whole world by changing our mental attitude.
