*NEW VENUE* please note we are now holding classes at High Park Library, 228 Roncesvalles Ave.
These classes offer simple, practical methods to improve the quality of our life and develop inner peace. Each class consists of two guided meditations and a teaching to help us solve our daily problems, let go of negative minds and discover happiness within our own mind. See class topics below.
In this series, be inspired by Buddha’s teachings (based on the book Transform your Life by Geshe Kelsang Gyatso) to learn about your mind and about views and intentions which lead to lasting happiness and others which lead to suffering. Revisiting your own ways and contemplating new ways of perceiving and interacting in the world will make our human life truly meaningful
